This website is designed in appreciation of and as a tool for all my clients:
those of you who have made the trek into the world of REAL ESTATE, and

For
those of you who don't know me yet, I have been in Real Estate since 1989,
working in the Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, Emeryville and Oakland areas.
I specialize in finding the right fit for my clients, whether they are
buying, selling or both. And, did I mention, the more challenging the
better?!?! I love to really sit down and get to know you so that I can
really figure out what your needs are. Then I take-off. I may occasionally
throw out some wild ideas or suggestions but this is because I truly feel
that we are in the process together and I don't want to overlook a possibility
for you!
I
have sold more houses than I can remember, and this experience comes into
play in YOUR transaction! I bring all my knowledge of the market-- (14
years), experience with renovation and building--(does being married to
a contractor count?!?!), a solid reputation among my colleagues for professionalism
--(all 14 of my years in Real Estate have been with Coldwell Banker, Berkeley),
a background in Economics-- (UC Davis Alumni), and savvy negotiating skills
to the table when we sit down to discuss YOUR needs.
Most
